Originally from Silver Creek, Nebraska, Samantha Dowler developed an appreciation for water resources through farming and ranching. She began interning at The Flatwater Group during college and has continued as an Engineering Technician after graduating from the University of Nebraska –Lincoln in December 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Biological Systems Engineering with an Environmental Emphasis. Samantha plays an active role in projects investigating water supply availability, researching and organizing historic water resources data for various projects, and providing GIS mapping assistance.
Samantha enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active, and working on the family farm.
