Justin is a water resources engineer with 5 years experience in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, and in lake, wetland and stream rehabilitation and renovation design. His work has ranged from providing technical assistance on basin scale water management projects across Nebraska, to developing rehabilitation design plans for degraded streams running through Lincoln city parks. Justin provides project/task management direction on inter-disciplinary projects in water resources. He also facilitates FEMA Letters of Map Change, Nebraska DNR Impound Permit and Dam Safety, and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan compliance at the federal, state and private client levels.

As an undergrad he worked for the USDA-ARS, researching water quality of agricultural runoff. In graduate school, his research focused on the development of a storm hydrograph simulator for the evaluation of conservation buffers. Outside the office, Justin enjoys biking home from work, canoeing with his wife, brewing beer for friends, and playing cards with family.
