Gordon R. Coke, is an environmental planner with over 16 years experience in site analysis, delineation, assessment and mitigation design plans for lake, wetland and stream rehabilitation and renovation projects. He provides project/task management direction on inter-disciplinary projects in water resources and environmental restoration design. He is actively involved in project planning and scheduling, permit application and compliance, client coordination, presentation and project documentation. Gordon also participates in field data collection efforts. The chance to work professionally outdoors was a very early appeal of the environmental consulting field and Gordon is quick to recognize that TFG provides that opportunity.

Gordon graduated with a B.S. in Natural Resources including emphasis in Environmental Studies from UNL’s School of Natural Resources. After working for TFG for a few years, the opportunity arose to enter graduate school at UNL. He graduated with an M.S. in Hydrologic Studies in May 2008. In graduate school, Gordon was involved in hydrological and hydrogeological research of Nebraska’s Eastern saline wetlands that is part of a larger Salt Creek tiger beetle-hydrology-habitat interaction study. Outside the office, Gordon enjoys chasing his wife and kids with a camera (especially outdoors), traveling with family, and homebrewing beer.
